Ok so some of you may know that I have recently been moved to a new position, sort of a promotion, but its a different type of work. I still am on the same machine as I operated on (packed the envelopes in boxes and onto pallets and checking quality etc) Now I am an Adjuster trainee (work on the machine, change it when its time to change envelopes the machine is making)
What really sucks about it is I went from a job or "position" that I was really good at, I knew everything I was supposed to do and did it as well as I could, now in my new position its like I'm an idiot, or atleast thats how I feel. I have made so many mistakes that, when I look back on them, I should never have made. Simple things that I would have caught as an Operator. Ugh. Its starting to wear on me. I know I will get better as time goes on and I learn from my mistakes, but it still sucks.
Well now that that's off my chest I am going to go catch up on some vlogs, then watch some Roseanne and have a few Beers, then take a shower and sleep
I am going to go to target today and buy some new shoes, the ones I have now are so worn out, there are holes every where. Not to mention an air pocket as developed on the bottom and now it makes a "shhh" noise every time I step on it.
